Lister Mills was once the largest silk warehouse in the world. It was derelict for many years but property developers Urban Splash converted a large part of the mill into apartments.
There is a remaining approx. 2 acres of land within the perimeter wall and discussions have taken place with Urban Splash about the site’s potential use as a backlot to build a street with facades at each side. There is also the option to install temporary studio pods
