Beehive Mills is a redundant site just on the edge of the campus of the University of Bradford, covering an area of approx 2.3 acres. There is a large building adjacent to the site which belongs to Bradford College and is currently up for sale.
The site has been used as a unit base on many occasions as it has a high perimeter fence and is less than half a mile from Bradford City Hall (a key Bradford location for film and TV drama – Peaky Blinders, ABC Murders, Victoria, Official Secrets, The Duke etc)
The site is also situated within easy walking distance (5 mins) of Bradford’s largest hotel – Jury’s Inn and less than a mile away from Bradford train stations.
